Hello,

I want to install the archlinux armv8 version on my raspberry pi 3,
What is th process to do this?

There isn't one.

There is no official support for ARMv8 from the Pi Foundation, so we have no recourse but to also not support it.

The ODROID-C2 image will not work on the Pi 3.

You could take the armv8 build for the c2 insert the kernel and modules from the rpi3 build and set up the rpi3 bootloader, which I unfortunately know nothing about, and that should get you a working serial console to fix everything else. Assuming it'll even run on the cpu in the rpi3, which it may not. So perhaps you'd need to rebuild it, and that I don't know how.

But, unfortunately, without official support some things won't work (GPU *), but this might help to test at least.

No, that's not going to work.

You'd need non-official sources for the kernel, custom compiled for aarch64, and then to make use of the generic aarch64 rootfs.

Do not use the C2 tarballs at all.
