packer build/compile tmpdir empty on reboot

Postby 147 » Tue Dec 19, 2017 9:21 am

Packer had been set up to use /tmp/ directory by default for building/compiling. However, that directory did not contain enough disk space so I edited /usr/bin/packer and set the build/compile directory to ~/.tmp. It works just fine now, but I was wondering is there anyway to empty this directory on reboot the same way /tmp/ is emptied?
Sorry if it's a newbie question. Still learning. Very new to Arch.
Any help appreciated. Thank you.
