[ROCK64] No video output

Postby yogo1212 » Fri Jul 12, 2019 11:07 pm

Hello :)

The image created following the steps from https://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv ... stallation leaves me with a blank screen.
The Rock64 responds on the network and I can confirm that the /sys/class/drm/... connection state recognizes whether a cable is attached or not.

Weirdly, the last time I attached a display after running $this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'pacman -Syu'), there was a login prompt.
After the reboot, it was gone :-(

Where can I look to find out what's wrong?

kind regards

The problem was solved by using an updated version of uboot.

I'm sharing the PKGBUILD [1] that can be used instead of the one in the offical package [2].

I was childishly frustrated with the maintainer, so anyone who wants to claim the changes and merge them upstream - feel free to usurp the patch.
