rock64 becomes unresponsive < 24 hrs, mkinitcpio -P fixes it

As the subject line says, I've noticed my rock64v2 board becomes unresponsive (cannot ssh into it, red blinking led stops blinking) within about 24 hours after an update which runs mkinitcpio. However, if I run mkinitcpio -P manually, it does not become unresponsive. I'm not sure why this fixes it, but I felt I should share in case anyone else is experiencing this. I've witnessed this on a v2 board using the current official uboot binaries.
