Cannot use keyboard after reboot on RPi 4(aarch 64)

Hello everyone,I have some problems when I use this system first time
When the first time,I logged in as root and updated my system with command
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'pacman -Syu')
then I installed sudo with
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'pacman -S sudo')
and edited /etc/sudoers
then I added a new user and set a password for the new user
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'useradd -m -G wheel username
passwd username')
At last,I reboot my device,and then,I cannot use my keyboard
They are what I did before I reboot
When the system boot,it threw an error said "failed to get keyboard status "
I reboot again,there have some new errors such as "Time out waiting for device /dev/mmcblk0p1" "Dependency failed for /boot"
I try to use ssh,but it seems like haven't connected to the WLAN
