RPi4B need to connect to pure WPA3 wifi

I have a pure WPA3 network at home. My phone connects to it and so can other devices but my RPi4 cannot connect to it. Does the RPi4B's WiFi chip support WPA3? I found this but no one there seems to be able to do it, https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/issues/3619

You're probably trying to use wpa_supplicant. Use iwd, works out-of-the-box.
