RPI4 aarch64 won't boot on SD Card (Bug at xhci-ring)

Postby Chris45 » Sat Sep 09, 2023 2:56 am

This is an odd issue because Aarch64 works perfectly fine if I install it on my USB stick (and change FSTAB to /dev/sda1) and armv7 does work both on SD Card and USB stick...
I've tried many times these instructions https://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv8/broadcom/raspberry-pi-4#installation while also changing mmcblk0 to mmcblk1 on FSTAB, yet it refuses to work on the SD Card.
There is no USB device connected to the RPI4 (with Armv7 it also didn't have anything connected and didn't report any error).
This is the first thing it shows up when turning on, those Bug! lines only show up 1 sec before rebooting, it's an infinite loop.

Exact same problem here.

This github issue narrows the problem to UBoot:make_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, ' ', 'https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/issues/4963', '', ' class="postlink"')
