This is not directly kernel related as it works fine for me on a RPi4 but I am a bit struggling with the setup:

The keyserver keys.gnupg.net was switched off some time ago.
Also http://repo-ck.com/ is outdated regarding instructions as well as in signing the key.

Just fyi...

Thanks, I edited the post here to use hkp://pgp.mit.edu as the server. What instructions are out-dated regarding key signing?

I tested the server yesterday and this morning and it did not work (timeout) but now it does so it was maybe a glitch in communication. Works...

No problems for my (limited) RPi usage. BT works, GPU on a OpenGL intensive (clutter/libchamplain) application works fine with acceptable CPU usage. Currently on 5.19.7-2. Excellent work, as ever.

Fortunately I had your key from your x86-64 kernel packages; pgp.mit.edu didn't want to cooperate.

Wired networking seems to not work on my Pi400 with this kernel (either) - works fine with a Pi4.

Might be worth an upstream bug report: https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/issues/new/choose
