are repos gonna mirror new archlinux repos?

Development on core packages and the distribution goes on in here.

are repos gonna mirror new archlinux repos?

in archlinux there has been a big change:
https://archlinux.org/news/git-migration-announcement/
if this project tracks archlinux but for arm the main change is that
" The [community] repository will be merged into [extra] and will therefore be empty after the migration."

is this gonna happen here too?
there is no news part on this website unlike the main archlinux site (@ https://archlinux.org/news).

Some change will be needed. Kevin is working on the specifics.

I think the repo is already updated to use the new repo (without community). But lately, I have no single update again (probably more than 1 week from now).

Is there some change again? Where can I follow the news for archlinuxARM?

There is no place to follow news, unfortunately. The Arch Linux ARM developers have been pretty hard to reach and opaque about the project for a while. I understand real life getting in the way, I understand mental health getting in the way (currently dealing with that myself with things I said I'd do), but, well, that's the reality.

Honestly, I don't understand how the project works :There had been 2 long periods (> 15 days) with no updates this year.
Because of the name and its affiliation with the x86/84 project, we are expecting to have update as soon as something in the opensource area changes.
My main concerns, apart from its low periods, which can be explained by many reasons, all of them valid, is the non-updating of the toolchain (glibc + binutils + gcc).
Especially since there's a repo on github that keeps track of all tool updates. (i.e. https://github.com/archlinuxarm/PKGBUILDs/blob/master/core/gcc/PKGBUILD ). :?
So I think what's hurting the project most is its lack of visibility. :(
They would benefit from clearly announcing their planning/roadmap, which would avoid long tirades like this one. ;)
