Hi folks.
Is it possible to use this kernel with encrypted root?
It's in conflict with Uboot usually used for this task on Arch.

Hello pim,

As far as I can tell, following the standard procedure (cf. here) should work with the RPi kernel and bootloader.

Thanks. It looks good. I'll try that.
In my case it's remotely controlled headless system so hopefully there will be possible ssh unlock on reboot.

Update: Almost forget to return back with result - yes, it works as expected.
Internet is full of easy to follow guides so just briefly:
1) Follow you favourite guide like
https://gist.github.com/XSystem252/d274cd0af836a72ff42d590d59647928
https://gist.github.com/devgioele/e897c341b8d1c18d58b44ffe21d72cf6
2) There ignore UBOOT and boot.txt related tasks
3) Because you'll swap the kernel: https://archlinuxarm.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=16360
4) Finally replace in /boot/cmdline.txt
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'root=/dev/mmcblk0p2')
by
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'ip=::::pi-locked:eth0:dhcp cryptdevice=UUID=>>PUT_YOUR_UUID_HERE<<:root root=/dev/mapper/root')

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'Warnung: linux-rpi: Lokale Version (6.3.8-1) ist neuer als graysky (6.1.34-1)')
Translated:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'Warning: linux-rpi: local version (6.3.8-1) is newer than graysky (6.1.34-1)')

@graysky, is this intentional?

Unintentional, should be fixed now. Thanks for pointing out.

I cannot access source files.

When I click on the link I see "An internal error occured"

I tested linux-rpi-6.5.7-1-aarch64 on my Pi3. It works well, but I have an issue with the max USB current. This seems to be limited to 100mA on this kernel. I haven't seen this before with the 6.1.x kernels:

[ 3.560336] hub 1-1:1.0: insufficient power available to use all downstream ports
[ 4.310432] usb 1-1.3: rejected 1 configuration due to insufficient available bus power
[ 4.310470] usb 1-1.3: no configuration chosen from 1 choice
[ 4.310492] usb 1-1.3: No support over 100mA

No sure about that. Please report upstream:make_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, ' ', 'https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/issues/new/choose', '', ' class="postlink"')
