Any update on what is going on here? All rootfs tarballs are not updated for over two years. All current instructions point to the March 2023 tarballs. The RPi ones are rough to update after install.

OP is talking about the tarballs that are used for installation. Like ArchLinuxARM-rpi-aarch64-latest.tar.gz in the os directory in the mirrors.
