GCC is Out of Date

Is there some reason why we are still using gcc-12 on ArchLinuxArm? I am just wondering whether there is a specific reason why we have not updated to gcc-13 yet, other than the effort of a full rebuild?

Note that the ArchLinux project has begun to depend on features present in gcc-13, as witnessed by the use of flags such as '-mno-omit-leaf-frame-pointer''.
