I will let you in on a secret.....You need more than 'spare time' in order to do it.

And, before you get started, get it working on armv5 binaries, to prove its bootable. Then it s complete build out in order, and lots of dependencies.

If you need guidance to do what you want to do, you are not equipped or ready to handle the task. We are here to support what we have built, and we spend our time perfecting our project -- not holding hands and guiding others on how to duplicate the thousands of man-hours we've put in.

With not even knowing where to begin, that is a crystal clear sign that you are way in over your head.
