hardfp libraries for the TI SGX 04.08.00.01

Hey,

The hardfp libraries for the TI SGX have been a long long time coming. Anybody want to take a chance?

NEW - Supports Xorg X Server 1.10.1
NEW - hardfp separate package having hardfloat SGX libraries for all devices

Should be interesting to make work with Xorg 1.13 we have in the repos!
