RTC DS1339 mod needed to read rtc

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but here goes!

I tried the rtc_ds1307 mod that is already built but there are to many differences between the two chips and so I found this on the net.

A file on the web called rtc_ds1339.c

Now I need help to compile into a mod that I can modprobe and load so that I can talk to the DS1339AU+ chip I have installed for my rtc through the I2C bus on the raspberry pi.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It does have one include I'm not sure about that I've read is no longer used or was changed and the name of it is, #include <linux/config.h>

Ok found a site to build the module but I keep getting this error:

rpishare/ds1339/rtc_ds1339.c' doesn't match the target pattern
