Pacman - conflicting files etc. errors

Hey there!

I have a rather big problem:

First error:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'error: corrupted database entry '.....'')

Second error:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'error: could not open file /var/lib/pacman/local/...../desc: No such file or directory')

Third error:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)')

I'd be really happy for advice and help. I did find similar errors but none of the solutions I found worked for me.
