[systemd] /bin/sh or screen instead of getty

I have no need for a project, the Getty, at least because I do not need logistics and auto
login I've tried, but it did not really work out with the WiFi, because that has thus switched off,
I would not want that anyway expand with getty,
but rather screen or /bin/sh use, just how do I get connected to the systemd?

I have now found a solution, and that this getty will remain there.
I now only change from the service and give as loginexec with the shell.
