On the RPi, attempting to install tomcat7. From the log:

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '

There are files there, but they have non-ASCII characters in the filenames, e.g.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '/etc/ssl/certs/EBG_Elektronik_Sertifika_Hizmet_Sağlayıcısı.pem')

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'pacman -Qo') does not know where they come from as far as I can tell.

The owner is ca-certificates-*
And yes, some do have UTF-8 characters.

What you are seeing in /etc/ssl/certs are actually symlinks created by the update-ca-certificates script.
