ARMv8

Postby technosf » Wed Jan 07, 2015 2:26 am

Spate of announcements about ARMv8 boards at CES... Tegra X1, Broadcom etc. I've seen some Allwiner A80 based SoCs out there for $200 direct from China.

I wondered if anyone had gotten hold of a dev board and tried Arch, or if there will be a special build for v8 and 64 bit forthcoming this year?

Cheers!

We plan on having ARMv8 support when we can get a board and build up the repo, yes.
