Arch Linux Ports is merged... What does it mean for ALARM?

Now that "Arch Linux Ports" has been merged, will ALARM become an official port?

Are there any plans to do so?

What does it take to do so?

Per that RFC, another RFC specifically for ARM needs to be merged before work can begin. The process for creating a new RFC is described in RFC 0001. Some discussion has been happening here: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=2187451
