Hi,

I found a nice script to be used with Archlinux-ARM and i would like to share:
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1269258

Already in oficial repo

Can be installed with:
Code: Select all
pacman -S create_ap

Or using AUR:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/create_ap-git/

He can create an AP with 1 console command and/or started by systemd service. Without need config/setup. The script is very useful and powerful.

The package install
Code: Select all
/usr/lib/systemd/system/create_ap.service
. And you can (if necessary), config the service in
Code: Select all
/etc/create_ap.conf
.

Maybe can be interesting know if have a way to implement a watchdog for restarting the service if the wifi fail (but i am not sure if it is necessary), i just read the sugestion in https://github.com/oblique/create_ap/issues/90

Thanks,
mnemonic
