Hi,
Well it's been a blast.
I have a pogoplug E02 sat on my shelf, now gathering dust. It was doing a sterling service as a useful little server/downloader for a few years.
Then on a whim I thought I had better update the thing, so reformatted the USB HDD, and re-installed the latest Archlinux. Now I had a basic box to re-install all the goodies...
First up, samba. No problems at all, got my basic network share back.
Then other stuff, lighttp, sqlite, php. Again no issues at all.
Tried to re-install the pogoplug service, no luck, been trying on and off for weeks to the point of chucking the thing out the window. No real problem, just annoying.
Sadly then I tried to re-create my original setup, sabnzbd, transmission, sickbeard, couchpotato.
Oh dear, the packages seem to have vanished from the repository, bugger.
With the arrival of a Raspberry Pi 3, and a zero-w. The old pogoplug seems to have outlived it's usefulness.
I have Nextcloud running, and samba, and sabnzbd, sickrage, transmission (couchpotato or Radarr, not decided) as well as a simple blogging website.
So it's the box under the desk for the old E02.
