Unable to start Webmin

I logged on as root and followed directions from Armlinux wiki to install webmin. However, I am unable to start it.

Try
/etc/webmin/start
Better messages given, I think a perl module vanished, try
cpan module::name
Change module::name to what is missing

I upgraded my archlinux x86 after an 8 week gap, same issue. I can't remember the perl module that it complained of, but cpan was the only (quick) way out

Running into a similar situation:

pacman -S perl-net-ssleay

Ran it with no problems, still have the same error..
