Buildroot & ALARM

Postby nnslick » Tue Dec 11, 2012 4:18 pm

Hi All,

Has anyone tried to build small, embedded ALARM with buildroot (http://buildroot.uclibc.org/).

I am thinking about putting a few applications (samba, nfs, minidlna, etc...) in an embed system on NAND but wondering if anyone has done it already. These pogo devices are affordable these days ($20) and have > 128MB of NAND storage so they can be used as a static network appliance.

Any guides/info/pointers will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your quick response, pepedog!

Did not realize that it is quite challenging with complications from dependencies on glibc!
