Where can I find ntp PKGBUILD?

Hello,

I miss the refclock driver for "RAWDCF". On Github, I can't find the PKGBUILD. Where can I find it? Would it be possible that you ship a new package with "RAWDCF" enabled?

Pkgbuilds that aren't on github come from upstream without modifications. Research abs
