Antegros looks like Arch with a GUI installer. Are there any other differences?
Porting such an installer to ALARM is definitely possible, but it's probably not worth the effort:

Arm hardware is not as standardised as x86 hardware, so ALARM installation methods vary greatly between different ARM platforms. Distro installers generally assume you can apply the same sort of process no-matter what system you are on.You can't always GUI-ify the whole installation process. For example: my ARM Chromebook requires fiddling with u-boot before any kernel is loaded and you have to do much of the technical install work to create the boot medium (USB-stick) in the first place. It's easier to make & update written guides than write & test installers regularly.
Feel free to have a look and see if there is anything that could be worth using, however
Not all ALARM users are unix-gods, so install-helpers can be handy, even if just for choice of initial desktop environment.
