No they don't do, but they (the motherboards) look like they have done it. Maybe they would be cleaner when it's open, because you see the dirt and clean it from time to time. But the fan is pulling all the dust into the case and most of the users never open it. Anyway, most ARM-devices don't need a fan, so a case perhaps is not as bad as I thought...
