[solved]file conflit

After started a brand new flash image I did a pacman -Syu and after a while I got the following errors:
...

failed to comit transaction (confliting files)
hwids: /usr/share/hwdata/pci.ids exists in filesystem
hwids: /usr/share/hwdata/usb.ids exists in filesystem
no packages were upgraded.

Any body knows a solution ?
