autologin with startx

autologin with startx

I Install archlinux-hf-2012-09-18 on Raspberry Pi and install X and XBMC
when i startx it's start and run xbmc automatic
I Want to autologin with pi user ?
/etc/inittab is not there !!!!!

Answering just last question first, inittab and rc.conf both gone, now running systemd
