update to openjdk latest

Hi,
I have some problems with the actual version of openjdk1.7, because there are many bug in this version. (javascript engine is not working).
will there soon be a an update of the openjdk(JRE)1.7 package to the latest version ?
Or how can I build thist complete package on my own ?

If you just need JRE, have you tried this? seems to work better than openjdk for people: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/ ... index.html (look for armv5 jre6 package)
