Getting Pogoplug to work with two USB webcams simutaneously

When using two usb webcams simultaneously on a Pogoplug w/ Arch Linux, it seems you run into bandwidth issues. Each webcam requests lots of bandwidth, even if you don't intend to use it for high framerate stuff.

Is there a way to change the way USB webcams are mounted to limit how much USB bandwidth they get?
