Which ArchLinux for this platform?

Will ArchLinuxARM-armv5te-latest.tar.gz work on this? I'm a long time Linux user but never heard of ArchLinux until about 30 minutes ago and this is my first ARM system. It was on Amazon for $17 shipped.

I have a Pogoplug. It says "V4" on the bottom but it does not look like the one one described in the link below.
Mine has no SATA and USB 2 not 3

Yes it is
