which iso for ssd

Postby cruzin » Sun Oct 25, 2015 2:37 pm

Hello, first post here on Archlinux. I am building a pc using a gigabyte 78LMT-S2 mb with 4 gb ram and a Kingston 120gb ssd as the only drive. Not much here on the forum pertaining to solid state drives.
The whole purpose to the build is running "linux motion ". Ive been running motion for a few years now on this very gigabyte computer with a hdd and debian and before on ubuntu. I also have it running very well on the new raspberry pi 2 using arch Linux. I just found arch a few weeks ago after getting my new rpi 2. I like it so well I would like to try it on a desktop with only a ssd drive.
Ive found topics on the wiki for setting it up on ssd drives but do not know which distro to download to burn the iso.
Can someone point me to the proper download for a 32bit download? This is a headless pc and will ssh and vnc into it to work on it and get files. I will set it up locally with monitor connected but will access it via the lan network. Thanks in advance.

Wrong forum. You are looking for https://bbs.archlinux.org/
Otherwise there is nothing special about SSD as far as OS is concerned besides the TRIM. Everything is in the wiki. Official downloads for x86 and x86-64 are here https://www.archlinux.org/download/ (single image for both, you actually install packages from the repositriers, not the CD)
