As far as I know and also mentioned on raspberry pi official website as well as archlinuxarm.org raspberry pi 2 model B page, it consists of processor with 900Mhz not 700 right?
Still config.txt inside /boot of latest image, that we wget according to installation procedure, contains this line
arm_freq=800 on raspberry pi 2 Model B?
