archlinuxARM armv7h system not coming-up after openssl-3.0.7

Just a heads-up for those running archlinuxARM on headless systems.

Following a long-awaited update, due to the package rebuild for openssl-3.0.7, my headless armv7h test system (ODROID-HC1) has failed to come-up. Be careful before applying these first updates to headless systems because all may not go well.

Are you sure your problem is related to the openssl update? You offer no data to support your statement. Note that systemd introduced a change to network naming that affected RPi users which rolled out during the openssl rebuild/test period but was completely unrelated. Are you sure that is not what's affecting your board?

Yes, after attaching a serial cable I was able to determine that my interface name changed from eth0 to end0.
