How to setup the xorg.conf.d of xfce4 in nexus7 device

Postby evel » Thu Apr 07, 2016 7:00 am

Hi Team,

I just try to install the archlinuxarm into my nexus7, now the basic system is build up, I can enter the desktop environment but seems only the touchpad not works correctlly.

the whole desktop showing in vertical direction.

like when I touch and move up the cursor, the drag will be always enable to select object of desktop,

when I touch and move 'up', the cursor will moved 'left'
when I touch and move 'down', the cursor will moved 'right'
when I touch and move 'left', the cursor will moved 'down'
when I touch and move 'left', the cursor will moved 'up'

Where I can setup correct this move method of the touch setting? How can I disable the drap feature?

also attached some of the logs as following:

Immediate suggestion is using rotation.

Thank you sir.

Just seems the screen has been locked to using rotate, but I am a new bird on this Xorg setting.
It would be great you can guide me how to setting up this monitor rotate parameter?

Thanks!

I am not being mean in giving you this link, the methods should be obvious.

using the xrandr of checking display device info

"cannot open display” error will found.
