I have ext2 (since fat32 is limited to 4GB) and the only modification i made to transmission is that i bumped ram cache to 32mb.
Maybe a script or something that would detect when transmission is not running and would rerun it (more like temp. fix)

According to WP, max file size for ext2 is 2 TB:

Well thats not a problem for me; i only have a 16gig flash drive, so that wont be a problem.
Maybe its something with transmission...

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Frex', 'A')ccording to WP, max file size for ext2 is 2 TB:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ext2

I see a note there "There are also some userspace programs that can't handle files larger than 2 GB"
I doubt this is the cause as you say it used to work.

I dont think this is the problem, becouse i can easily download 8gb of one file, but the problem is it apperently hangs at one point and crashes thus stops downloading until i restart the whole daemon.

Ill try to play with cache settings as i suspect that large cache in my case could be the problem.
Or if new 2.30 will fix this for my case...
