Bluetooth FW search

Why does bluetooth search for firmware prior to an internet connection & how can I kill it or better yet prevent it?

Did I mention the Bluetooth FW search keeps me from getting online?

Whatever happened to /etc/init.d, anyway?

That was a good start. Is it just using all the entries in /usr/lib/systemd without going into the subdirectories? Or is there a list? I can run the modified file fine, but it doesn't run at startup.

I don't understand what you are trying to do.
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/systemd explains how to use systemd

I want to remove the bluetooth firmware search from the bootup list. It is currently trying to find the firmware over the net prior to connecting to the net. I also want to add cupsd and wpa_supplicant to the bootup list.

I'm still researching systemd.

Consider this closed for the wrong reasons... It's been demoted to the net driver for the TV. Thanks anyway.
