Installing Plex on Pogoplug error

I successfully installed Arch Linux ARM and Samba on my pogoplug E02 following Qui's blog at http://blog.qnology.com/2013/03/tutoria ... linux.html.

However when I installed Plex and got to the #Create non-root account for building part, I got the following error after inputting the code

I can't get my media to show up on Plex. Please help!

That blog might be a bit out of date. Consider using useradd from the shadow package (probably already installed)

1) there are many examples on how to use the useradd command online
2) As a heads yup, Plex removed the support for the ARMv5 family in their recent versions.
