I installed owncloud on my Raspberry Pi B. For the most part, I followed this (dated) guide:
http://eiosifidis.blogspot.de/2014/06/install-owncloud-on-raspberry-pi-arch.html?m=1
(using lighttpd fcgi php-cgi php-sqlite openssl)
Installation went without problems - the only differences were openssl (no longer an extension) and fail2ban (which I added as advised in the arch wiki).
Having finished, I noticed that the server is incredibly slow. Opening the web interface takes multiple minutes. This is not just slow but unusable. Connections from the Android app or the linux client time out. While trying to connect (via web/Android/linux) /usr/bin/php-cgi takes up 100% CPU load.
There are no errors in the lighttpd or owncloud logs.
Could anyone point me in the direction in which to look for the reason for this behaviour?
