chroot into android

Hello I am trying to follow the guide
http://Arch Linux ARM.com/index.php5/PlugApps_Android_Chroot
But I have a few questions,
are Arch Linux ARM install.img and Arch Linux ARM.img meant to be different? or it is an error?

also when I try to do the command
mount -t ext2 /dev/loop1 Arch Linux ARM
it gives me a device or resource busy, but I don't know how it could be busy...

I am using the busybox preinstalled on the rom, its a cyanogenmod 7 port for my device (acer liquid A1)
anyway i have tried installing busybox from the market (free), then I noticed that the first command that is giving trouble is:
losetup /dev/loop1 Arch Linux ARM.img
returning
losetup: /dev/loop1: No such file or directory

but with ls /dev/
/dev/loop1 is listed...

another typing error in:
wget http://Arch Linux ARM.com/os/2011.02/Arch Linux ARM ... tfs.tar.gz

gives bad address need to add http://www....
wget http://www.Arch Linux ARM.com/os/2011.02/Plug ... tfs.tar.gz

or at least this solved for me...

and after I did chroot I cannot use the mount command, it says caommand not found.

and It can be solved adding -l option to chroot:

chroot . /bin/bash -l

I edited the ubuntu startup script for running with Arch Linux ARM, still need to create the image and the directory and download the filesystem of course, this is just to start the chroot.
