code block loop on dded compiler "GNU GCC Compiler"

after this message on terminal, i get from top this:

and eternally cpu is wasted from gcc, is that a bug due to dependencies? can i have an ide for c++ easy to use and debug friendly on armv7h if codeblock is not available?
