tmpfs and chroot

Postby dangdongho1 » Sun Feb 04, 2018 12:39 am

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to make a custom image for a RaspberryPi 3. After the necessary packages are installed and the system can accomplish the tasks I need it to do, I want to modify the image so that it will copy the root filesystem into RAM and chroot into it. Then the SDCard can be unmounted and removed. I want a vanilla system configured with a host of software to act as a server at each boot with no persistence.

Any suggestions on how I could accomplish this?

Thanks,

:)
