cross compile package

cross compile package

Is it posible to cross compile arch linux package on ubuntu or I need to install arch linux ? Or run it change root. Or maybe there is emulator for armv6 pogoplug pro?

It's the same as compiling against the armv5te, since the oxnas uses the same package set.

It's best to use Ubuntu or Debian. Arch does something weird with something that makes cross-distcc a PITA.

thank you for great directions how do I make sure that packages compile agains correct libraries. I compiled vdr and some supporting plugins now I have to compile cxxtools and tntnet and live plugin. O cxxtools take for ever
