Picture Server

Anyone got an elegant solution for a picture server? I know I could probably set up a web server, anybody tried something they really like? I am hoping for something that will automatically grab and group my pictures from a folder and be able to display them primarily for my phone much like the original popoplug did.

Well you can use gallery3 or use html5 CSS to create your ow
