USB Messages

Postby Kittymatthew » Wed Oct 16, 2019 1:53 am

Hey all - first time arch linux user here.

I've recently installed it on my raspberry pi 3 to have a nice environment for ARM assembly programming.
However, around every 5 minutes, I get messages saying that there was a usb disconnect, and then it detects a new input. I always keep my keyboard and mouse plugged in. However, that's not what I want solved. What I want is to get these messages to go away. Here is an example of a few lines:
[8038.305052] usb 1-1.3: USB Disconnect, device number 12.
Then it goes on to say it has detected a new usb device and prints info about it.
This is really annoying because it overlaps any on-screen text(e.g. in wifi-menu & nano) - and it interrupts my typing.
Any fix would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks! :D
