Log in failed.

Sometimes I can't login as root in terminal since upgrade pambase from 20190105.1-2 to 20200721.1-2 and pam from 1.3.1-2 to 1.4.0-3. There is process "login" take 100% CPU and error message in auth.log: "login[629]: pam_systemd(login:session): Failed to create session: Input/output error".
