Change Kernel Command line - Acer Chromebook R13

Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to change the kernel command line in the Acer Chromebook R13.

I have not been able to find the information that i need, namely what bootloader is it actually using.

I found some resources about chromebooks and how to reflash the firmware with a different command line, however I think it needs to be signed.
