system boots into UEFI mode and I have to manually load .efi

Hi all
I've installed Arch Linux arm on Mac M1 on UTM.
Currently the VM boots into UEFI mode, then I have to run the .efi file and then it boots into grub and all works.
I would like to do that automatically but I don't know how.
my file's default location is in /EFI/GRUB.
