Pacman can't resolve mirror

I'm having trouble updating my orange os using pacman. I ensured that my mirror is working correctly, and that I have access to the internet.
I also tried running [code] rm -r /var/lib/pacman/sync [/code]

I get the following error when trying to run "sudo pacman -Syu":
